Elise Barron

Elise graduated as a dietitian from University of Pretoria and has also received her Masters degree in Nutrition through the University of Stellenbosch. Elise works in private practice and has a keen interest in gastroenterology and nutrition in children. Elise consults to corporate companies both on an individual and group basis. Elise is an accredited Discovery Vitality dietitian and belongs to numerous professional health associations. She is a mother of 3 young children and from her experiences and scientific research co-authored a book – FEEDING YOUR BABY – a guide on how to feed infants and young children. Elise was also a co-author on a guide on how to manage osteoporosis.

Danielle Hambloch

Danielle graduated from the University of Pretoria and also received her Masters degree in Nutrition through the University of the Free State with her research thesis being eating disorders. Danielle completed her community service at Baragwanath Hospital and hasextensive experience in clinical dietetics. Danielle consults in private practice and has a keen interest in nutritional management of weight-loss, diabetes and sports nutrition; this is due to her own personal experience as a professional swimmer. She also has a keen interest in the dynamic field of Nutrigenomics. Danielle also consults to corporate companies through group presentations and food demonstrations. Danielle is an accredited DNALYSIS Nutrigenomic and Discovery Vitality dietician and belongs to numerous professional health associations, namely the HPCSA, BHF and ADSA. Danielle’s passion for dietetics stems from her fascination with how food influences the development human body and mind.

Carly Seager

Carly obtained her BSc Dietetics Degree (cum laude) from Stellenbosch University where she received numerous academic achievements including a Rector’s Award, Golden Key Society and Full Academic Honours. She completed her Community Service year in Leratong Hospital and gained a wealth of experience in clinical dietetics. Carly has a passion for holistic health and strives to help individuals and families reach their optimal wellness potentials.  Carly has established keen interests in adolescent health and nutrition, sports nutrition, emotional eating and weight management as well as gastrointestinal and inflammatory disorders. She firmly believes in practically helping her patients make enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle changes thus is an avid healthy recipe creator and foodie. Carly also loves yoga and running. She is an accredited DNAlysis Nutrigenomic and Discovery Vitality dietitian and is registered with ADSA, HPCSA and BHF.

Leigh-Ann Silber

Leigh-Ann received her Bachelor of Dietetics from the University of Pretoria, while also completing her undergraduate degree in psychology. She has a diploma in Training and Skills Development and has completed courses in Food Science and Technology,  Functional nutrition, nutritional genetics, translational genetics and culinary nutrition. Leigh-Ann has a passion for taking research based health and nutrition information and translating into practical solutions.  She has a special interest in children’s health, behavioural disorders, family health and the feeding environment and a range of complex nutrition related issues

Leigh-Ann is actively involved in many nutrition professional organizations, She is also a Discovery Vitality accredited Dietitian.
